5* for the caviar, 1* for the delivery: 3 delays on the delivery day by Chronofresh. Delivery scheduled for Tuesday and finally realized on Friday! I was about to cancel my order. It's unfortunately almost systematic, but this is a record.

The delivery of my package was scheduled for January 10, for a birthday gift. The package was therefore shipped on the 8th. However, the delivery was rescheduled twice, without me being the origin of this request. Result: my package only arrived on January 13 without me knowing if the storage conditions - cold chain - were respected. I am disappointed.

However, we want to reassure you regarding the respect of the cold chain. We work with this carrier precisely because it ensures the maintenance of packages between 0 and 4 °C throughout the transport. Temperature readings (cold curves) are regularly taken and we are immediately alerted to any deviation, which guarantees the compliance of product storage.
After verification, the delay in delivery you experienced was due to unfavorable weather conditions, independent of our will and that of the carrier. Despite these delays, the package remained at all times in controlled temperature conditions.

The order announced one day.. not arrived scheduled the next day.. not arrived .. finally here on the 3rd day.! I had it at half price at Carrefour just a stone's throw away. Too bad. Note that the delivery person was efficient and communicative.

I ordered a box of 100g and there was an offer with a box of 30g offered I only opened the box of 30g are disappointing I do not know what will be the surprise for the other box, but I will say that this tasting does not make me want to recommend this caviar too bad it was a disappointing first try

Disappointed because some products are not at all to my taste
The site is neither fluid nor reliable (information on shipping costs, promotional offers, etc.), leading to problems that customer service is unable to manage, resulting in tension and misunderstandings.
A good house but quality problems. Good quality order except for the dried out salmon slices. More seriously, on the previous order, customer service did not follow up on a purchase and complaint of totally inedible truffles (full of water).
Problem with delivery.
Attractive when opened, but a little disappointed by the gustatory side of this caviar, explaining my score; lacks a little flavor.

Product too salty. Disappointed to find that this caviar comes from Bulgaria. The delivery man demanded that I go down the street rather than deliver to my home. Otherwise no problem with the cold.
Promotional offer not interesting given the application of shipping costs. So that was the last time.
Impossible to make the reservation by internet I had to phone to place the order and on top of that you forgot the 2 mother of pearl spoons!!!
Totally disorganized delivery
Delivery not made on the day of the appointment . Made the next day without prior notice. Being away, I had to improvise a reception to avoid a 3-day postponement. I'm not sure that the cold chain was respected, especially as these were scorching hot days.
The service is perfect, but I haven't received the mother-of-pearl spoons. Could you please send them to me. As for the rest, nothing to say.

Delivery problem with chronofresh. Too bad ...
A series of errors or absent-mindedness! After placing my order, having mentioned my wish to include gift bags, an operator called me back, saying that she was making sure. On receiving the parcel, I noted that only one copy was enclosed and called the after-sales service, who told me that they would call me back! With no news after two days, I called back and was told that the necessary would be done... To be continued! I'm waiting and hope I won't have to call again.
On the site it is mentioned that for caviar osciètre short DDM qu'elle was two months guaranteed (still present on the site this day 29/09 the young woman doubted the phone to contact and told me it was good. In fact ordered on 20/09 DDM on the box 17/10/21! Not happy at all, hard to believe that such a DDM guarantee is left unfulfilled.
It's not user-friendly: you have to be very careful about what you order: gram, price, etc. In addition, the delivery was cancelled without any warning. The service provider chosen to deliver is really mediocre in terms of customer relations. This is detrimental to Neuvic's image.

Too expensive for the quality despite the discount
Received my order after three delivery attempts. What's more, I wasn't warned that he wasn't coming to deliver on the scheduled date.
Little ease of navigation.
The paid order didn't come, after 3 weeks I called the seller again, who told me they had a computer problem, for the deliveries, but apparently not for the collection, problem solved.
Problem at the time of the order at the beginning, confusion between address of invoicing and address of delivery. the parcel was delivered to the bad address, then it took one week to receive caviar at the good place. Neuvic was reagent by e-mail and present pat telephone but nothing made there has made.
Caviar de Neuvic can't help it: I can't navigate, I can barely swim.
Given the type of product and the amount of the order, the lack of attention during preparation is really disappointing (a product was forgotten).
The site is a little complex, but we quickly put our consultation in the basket and each time we come back we add the product. Otherwise perfect delivery and a delight to taste.
Particularly the delivery, about which I've already given you my opinion. The Chronopost service I used was truly lamentable in terms of home delivery and on time as promised.
