Disappointing. Package received 7 days after the order, an email from Chronopost saying that I modified the delivery when I did not receive the initial email. Upon receipt of the products, a box of caviar filled with liquid barely filled... A message left with customer service on 26/12 and to this day no response

After checking your order and the associated complaint, we note that the requested delivery date during the order was 20/12. Unfortunately, during the holiday season, delivery times can be extended due to the very high volume of orders.
This year, the situation was complicated by an event beyond our control: blocked roads due to farmers' protests, which caused additional disruptions in our carrier's routes.
Regarding the quality issue reported, following your call on 31/12, we explained the procedure to follow. As soon as we received the necessary elements, we forwarded your file to our quality service, which got back to us on 06/01 to address your complaint.

Very disappointed this year. The caviar suffered from delivery, unusual texture and flavor. Shipped on 16/12 received on 22/12 after 3 days stuck waiting.
Smoked sturgeon: randomly thick slices poorly trimmed, retaining hard layers under the skin ruining all pleasure. Chewy and unpleasant. Salmon roe: good consistency but little taste. No interest. Caviar: not yet tasted. I regret this order and will not renew it regardless of the taste of the caviar when I taste it.

Package still not delivered a week after the agreed delivery date

Unfortunately, as we could not obtain a precise delivery date from them, we decided to send you a second package so that you could receive your products quickly.

I tell her I'm astonished because the parcel doesn't have to go through Marseille to get from Dordogne to Seine Maritime. 25/01/2024 13h43: They call me back. My interlocutor tells me that the parcel is in Rouen. It will not be delivered this 25/01 25/01/2024 13h43: e-mail from Chronofresh telling me that "I have chosen" to change the delivery date! No respect for delivery dates!
Payment not validated, even though my credit card had been debited. Without a phone call from me on the scheduled delivery day, I would never have received my order, which arrived 2 days later.
I had ordered this brand because the delivery date was two days after my order and it arrived later and after the day I needed it!
Chronofresh does not meet its deadlines
Superb delivery, fast and well packaged
Impossible to order on the site! despite having gone 2 times to the end of the order, with payment in CB, 3 days after receiving an email "your basket awaits your validation". It was necessary to order manually by telephone. However, a week later, nothing had happened either, and if I hadn't called again, since my account had been debited, I'd never have received my order in time.
Misleading promotion policy
Catastrophic delivery: parcel left for no reason in the entrance of the building without any contact from the deliveryman with me! Scandalous

No freezer blocks in the packaging, the boxes arrived at room temperature, not refrigerated. Did this affect the quality of the products?
Order incomplete, half, messages without follow-up
2 consecutive problems with delivery and missing product. This was my second order with you, but following these incidents which led me to cancel, I will no longer recommend you.
