No problem with CN . On the other hand, I had a big problem with Chronopost because, contrary to what I had been told, I had no contact with any delivery person. I found an "Avis de passage en absence"! It seems that these delivery people don't know how to use a doorbell! The CN person I spoke to on the phone (you answer ... not Chronopost ...) managed to solve the problem; and the "funny" thing is, the parcel was delivered to us at 1pm. Fortunately, my wife was in the garden, as the driver just honked the horn without getting out of the truck - and therefore without using the bell - In any case, many thanks. Kind regards; JBM
