Delicious
Smoked sturgeon: randomly thick slices poorly trimmed, retaining hard layers under the skin ruining all pleasure. Chewy and unpleasant. Salmon roe: good consistency but little taste. No interest. Caviar: not yet tasted. I regret this order and will not renew it regardless of the taste of the caviar when I taste it.

Excellent caviar - very happy to have discovered this brand with the BF promotion. However, the Truffle is to AVOID. 7 small calibrated pieces for 150g that have absolutely no taste, not even a smell... I even threw away the second 150g package, as even infused, it remains as elegant as wood. So CAVIAR yes (I even recommended it a second time) TRUFFLES no
