This little message to tell you that following an email received, I ordered this caviar unknown to me. A delight!! Nothing to do with what we know about caviar, much more iodized and salty, really delicious. I don't know if it's a marketing idea or if it's a caviar that has existed for a long time, but well done. Question: is it available all year round or is it like Beaujolais nouveau once a year? Since at the same time I had ordered osciètre, we were able to taste one after the other and the happiness was there all along, again well done!
