Customer reviews of Celinni

Serious site and attentive to the customer

Top

Very beautiful ring with a good quality-price ratio. Unfortunately, the shipping time is too long (more than 1 month) and delivery via DHL is not great. Indeed, the tracking is not reliable and the delivery person left the ring in the mailbox when he was supposed to hand it to me against signature. For the price of the ring, I don't find that very serious. Otherwise, nothing to say, it's beautiful quality for a reasonable price compared to some competitors.

Excellent

The pendant is beautiful, the stone a deep green with a nice shine, in accordance with the presentation, goes well with the platinum of the setting

Very good

Perfect!

Quality jewelry!

Bracelet in accordance with what I expected. The finish is of quality. The package was delivered on time with good information on the package tracking.

We bought our wedding rings and a diamond necklace and we are very happy with them. The quality, service, and follow-up were perfect.

Very satisfied with my earrings which meet expectations. Very good follow-up throughout the order process.

superb and the box just as much.

Delighted with my purchase. Conforms to the description.

Very beautiful ring, as described, but I imagined it a bit bigger.

Absolutely perfect

Good value for money, very beautiful jewelry, carefully packaged. Unfortunately, the manufacturing and delivery times are not met. Avoid if you are a bit tight on time. My product arrived after the event. Too bad....

Top customer service, unbeatable quality price ratio. Delivery dates are indicative and may slightly fluctuate depending on the complexity of the Jewelry.

Very serious site, I am delighted with my bracelet. The prices are very attractive and the customer service is charming. I recommend

Very good

Great! Fast, high quality. Very good value for money.

Everything went very well from the order to the delivery, including the call from Celinni to inform me directly about the status of my order and the follow-up emails. I recommend this jewelry store.

3rd jewel purchased at Celinni & I am still just as satisfied. Quality, price, and beauty of the jewel are all there.

Everything was perfect, customer service attentive.

Superb choker, the diamond is very beautiful, it shines as I hoped, but thank you for the work done. Not disappointed at all, happy to have trusted you, I would recommend it to those around me.

I am really pleased with the quality of my ring purchased directly from the site. It perfectly meets my expectations and we are fully satisfied with our purchase. The only small inconvenience was the delivery time, which unfortunately was longer than expected. I would have appreciated being informed as soon as the additional delay started so that I could better organize myself, which would have made the wait less stressful. However, I want to emphasize the responsiveness, professionalism, and friendliness of the customer service. Whether by email or by phone, they always managed to reassure us throughout the wait and remained available at every exchange. Apart from this delivery delay, we are completely satisfied with our experience as well as the contact we had with the teams, both by email and by phone.

As always, your service is excellent in its entirety! An unparalleled waiting time, precision in responding to the client's needs, and unwavering availability. Thank you.

I am very very happy with my diamond ring, it is superb. The online order went very well, the follow-up as well. I highly recommend this site.

A very professional and responsive customer service, a beautiful ring completely in line with expectations. I highly recommend it!

Very nice rendering

Beautiful products, inexpensive, long shipping but responsive customer service to answer requests. However, the gifts that are supposed to be sent (e.g. wonderbox chest) are not sent.

Already a customer, always satisfied

Great. Ring received and I find it beautiful. Now all that's left is to make my proposal and see the reaction of my lady.

Exceptional jewelry package, I recommend.

Long delivery time

The earrings are beautiful and just like in the photo
