When I read the reviews, I always start by reading the worst ones. I was influenced, and I was pleasantly surprised after ordering. When you leave a message on the site, a manager responds to you by email (almost immediately), and answers all your questions and requests even at 10 PM! (sorry I was really in a hurry!) I was really afraid it wouldn't arrive on time, and it arrived earlier than expected! (sorry for doubting) A piece of advice for people disappointed in the bad comments: ask as many questions as possible, give as many answers as possible, to be sure to get what will suit you. I bought ETERNAL, I was a bit worried seeing the shape of the ring whose stone seemed to hold only by the tension of the two ends, but in reality, there is a small ring that connects the two sides of the ring (thankfully!) This small ring that connects them does not exist in the video or on the photos of the site. I ordered in August, most diamond dealers from other sites (not to say all) were on vacation (sometimes they invented a story about renovations), and could not deliver before September! But Celinni was always present! lol The metal (white gold for me) is far from being as reflective and immaculate as in the photos on the site, but the ring is still magnificent! Thank you Celinni!

They handled our unconventional request for wedding rings very well. We had a very specific requirement for what we wanted and they were able to meet it, finding the best budget compromise. One of the rings still needs to be slightly resized, but it's great! They also stand out for their availability, for those like us who work from Monday to Saturday, and their speed in responding to emails! 🙂

Despite their impeccable reputation, I was extremely anxious about buying a wedding ring remotely, especially with oval diamonds that are rarer and more difficult to set.
