I ordered two wedding bands for our marriage and was given a deadline of 5 to 6 weeks. After 6 and a half weeks, I called myself to get news. The lady on the phone told me it would be sent within the week. Upon opening the package, I was really shocked - the two wedding bands, but especially my future husband's, scratched, matte, with no finish. I was almost in tears... I returned it by post within half an hour. I called customer service and the lady simply replied that she was not in quality service and apologized. 9 days later I received the rings again, this time, less bad, but still without finish, with matte edges. I called the office again and spoke to a man who mocked my despair and insisted that the rings were of good quality. The term is too short to initiate legal proceedings, as the wedding is in 1 month, but they are not professional and not honest. I did not deserve this kind of treatment especially since we paid 1470 euros. No one deserves it! Common sense is priceless. You can probably find cheaper elsewhere and more serious and humane people!

I am very surprised by the reviews. Unfortunately, I relied on all these positive reviews to order my wedding ring and I was super disappointed. The deadline was not respected and I received a ring that looked second-hand (broken and dirty box, ring with scratches, irregular diamonds in their sizes, and slightly twisted band). I find that regrettable... The only positive point: they refunded me of course but I found myself in a very delicate situation without a ring a few days before the big day.

The website works well but as soon as you deal with the sellers in the showroom, it's a nightmare. I did not expect high-end service when getting our wedding bands from Celinni but here we are at rock bottom. For the first visit to the showroom, we were received by a very young and friendly seller welcoming us with a smoothie in hand. Well... the prices being interesting, we proceed to the purchase. I pay the deposit to launch the order and then no news for a month and a half. No responses to my phone messages or emails. Finally, we manage to contact another seller who promises us imminent delivery. A week later, we go to the showroom to pick up our wedding bands and there, they forgot the engravings! They assure us that they will resolve the problem very quickly and send us the wedding bands by post... On the day of delivery, we wait the entire morning. No delivery. We call Celinni. We learn that the package has not been sent! We are promised again a delivery in the following days. We are indeed delivered three days later and there.... the package contains only one wedding band! After a furious phone call and after flat apologies, we are assured a quick delivery of the second wedding band. We are also promised a commercial gesture. We finally received the second wedding band but we are still waiting for the commercial gesture. As a result, we begin to doubt the quality of the wedding bands... So if you are getting married, run away! Update from November 4, 2019. Following my return from the honeymoon and to close this commercial experience with Celinni, a simple comparison: I recently had a delay in setting up my internet line with Bouygues Telecom. Even before I complained, customer service contacted me, very politely and sincerely apologized and immediately offered a commercial gesture. I thought that for a company that only sells plastic boxes to surf the internet, they knew how to put themselves in the customer's shoes, what class, what elegance! With one phone call, the matter was resolved and I immediately associated Bouygues Telecom with quality service. Three months ago, I bought my wedding bands from you. I recounted this experience above. Certainly, you apologized for some mistakes you made and at the same time: - you accuse me of lying about the absence of responses from your advisor - you make improbable calculations to make it seem that I delayed in paying the deposit, which would be the cause of the long delivery time. I ordered on August 2, paid the deposit in two transfers. You received the total on the 14th. Where is the problem? This does not explain the delivery delays at all. - You minimize the long delivery times. However, your site announces guaranteed deliveries within 15 days. I ordered and paid for the men's wedding band on August 3, delivered on September 27, which is 8 weeks later. For the women's wedding band, although the order form does not mention the 4-week delay you speak of, the delivery took place 2 weeks after that same delay. A detail for you but believe me, it does not help in preparing for a wedding that was approaching fast. - You did indeed consent to a commercial gesture. Yes, but... only because after a week, seeing nothing coming from you, I decided to write a review on Trustpilot. Only then did you fulfill your promise. Your commercial gesture was 165 euros on an order of 3837 euros. - I spend the time and multiple phone calls made to obtain information from you. - I spend the very embarrassing email where you mention problems that relate to your private life, very personal and intimate. - I skip the insistent phone calls from your advisor who wants to apologize but also reproaches me for having mentioned my problems on Trustpilot. So no, my opinion remains unchanged despite the 4% discount, which should not worry you given the very good ratings you receive on this site. You consider yourself to be bending over backwards to satisfy me. You have the right to think so. That is not what I perceived. This criticism is not a lack of respect on my part, just the factual account of my experience. As for my wife, she is satisfied with her wedding band. Mine is too loose, I will go have it adjusted. We ordered our wedding bands from Celinni, a white gold band and a diamond barrette band of 2 carats of color GVS1, jewelry that we paid for during a 20% promotion on the site.
