I wanted an extra white, pure central diamond, with a specific cut known as Hearts and Arrows. This diamond that does not exist, he still found it 😉 Unbeatable quality/price ratio, with services worthy of the greatest jewelers on Place Vendôme, and a customer service that is attentive. Since my first review was moderated, I will start again. I ordered on January 30. The next day, Celinni called me to confirm the order and inform me that the delay would be a bit longer than expected. No problem there, it's very professional to warn. A few days before the scheduled delivery, I sent an email to know the progress of my order. I did not receive a response due to the fact that Celinni is migrating its website. I got in touch with Mr. Sussmann who then gave me all the delivery details. I received the jewelry this morning and everything is OK. The jewelry is superb. I love the light in the box!!!! Listening and patience to meet my wife's expectations for the purchase of an emerald-cut solitaire and a diamond baguette wedding band for our 20th wedding anniversary. We visited many well-known jewelers and diamond dealers in Paris and abroad for almost a year. Frankly, the Cellini house has nothing to envy from the jewelers of Place Vendome. Mr. Sussman, the owner, helped us find the best possible diamond within our budget, with a keen eye for making the right choice compared to other stones, explaining why. He answered all my questions. Their business model allows them to offer an unbeatable quality-price ratio, and believe me, I challenged the Cellini house by obtaining quotes from other houses for the same weight, cut, clarity... to compare everything. They are professional from start to finish and met the expected deadline, which was before the end-of-year holidays. Maud communicated wonderfully with my wife to meet her requirements throughout the technical exchanges on the solitaire's shape. It was a success from the template phase, the molding that we modified once to get a precise idea, to the 3D plan with the key, which I consider a rare and noble craft: being able to see the work of the polisher and the setter for the finalization of our diamond solitaire jewel. Few houses, with deliberately somewhat opaque contours and postures, offer this possibility, but the Cellini house did it for us! A quality house that I truly recommend.
