To create a specific, custom model of a full-circle diamond wedding band, I visited a good number of jewelry stores and then discovered Celinni on a Sunday while surfing the net. Out of curiosity, I called the number displayed on the contact page, and to my great surprise, Nadia answered immediately. I then decided to go to the Paris showroom, where I was welcomed by a very friendly team. Passionate about diamonds, I even had the privilege of discussing with David Sussman. After various exchanges to qualify the project, Celinni made me a very competitive commercial proposal that I accepted the same day. My level of demand being very high, my concern was then to obtain a result that met my expectations. To reassure me, during the design process, I met Maud, the production manager, and had the opportunity to give my opinion on the 3D model. Finally, I went to the showroom to pick up the piece. The result is sublime, the handpicked diamonds are superb, and the jeweler's work is impeccable. In the evening, I gave this new wedding band to my wife. She was so delighted and moved that I could see tears in her eyes. Celinni completely respected the specifications, all with an unbeatable price and in a relaxed, even family-like atmosphere. They have earned my trust, and I will not hesitate to entrust them with my new projects. A big thank you to this wonderful Celinni team.

Excellent professional welcome from Enzo in the Parisian showroom because I wanted to see earrings up close before having them shipped to my home in the province. I bought a pair of earrings. Initially not deliverable, I wanted to withdraw. But: The saleswoman did everything to have them made within the requested deadlines and really went out of her way for that. The earrings arrived just in time for our daughter's birthday. The packaging is great, and the small box illuminated by 2 LEDs enhances the brilliance of the diamonds/brilliants. But they did not please our daughter, who wanted something completely different. I am returning them to Celinni. No problem: Celinni took back the jewelry without batting an eyelid, no questions asked, as they say in the US. It's great.

I am very happy with my diamond and my solitaire. The Celinni team, especially Nadia, understood my expectations! The solitaire is magnificent, thank you again! The only small downside is that the meetings in the showroom are quick and there aren't many examples of rings. But the execution and the work are perfect! The showroom in Paris allows for discussions in a calm environment, and you can take the necessary time. I had the opportunity to design the necklace I wanted myself; the manufacturing teams adapted, and they seem very competent, attentive, and very responsive. The only small downside, but which was caught up in a day, is that I had to make a last-minute point to ensure that the jewel was in line with the initial request and delivered on time, which was indeed the case in the end.
