A big thank you to all the professionals who accompanied us in the creation of a solitaire. My partner and I arrived with a photo of a ring that we had fallen in love with. It only remained to adapt it to meet our desires. It was essential for my partner that the diamond sparkled. That's all well and good, but... To choose it from the vast database of stones available at CELINNI, we first had to educate ourselves on the classification criteria for diamonds. We thus selected two stones that met the criteria we felt matched the project. However, we had not managed to find out how to refine our choice regarding its size. It was during our first appointment at the CELINNI Paris showroom that our choice was refined with the advice of Ludovic. A month later, after passing through the expert hands of the team of jewelers working in Paris, we received this solitaire made of platinum, accompanied by equally magnificent diamond and sapphire pavings from Maud, proud to hand us this jewel made in every detail according to our criteria and for an incomparable price compared to other jewelers. Better than Place Vendôme, we chose a solitaire with a stone of significantly higher quality than some stores on Rue de la Paix or Place Vendôme, for a significantly lower price and the delivery time is significantly faster. If you look closely, some big brands manufacture in China and it takes months and months to get your ring, while at Celinni I received my order in a few weeks. Since Sunday, it has been there, on my finger, my pretty ring, my very beautiful diamond. Despite a small adjustment of the chain of the pendant (a bit too long) that holds the diamond, which took a bit of time (return of the jewel), but which was ultimately handled with the utmost courtesy and rare kindness by the collaborators of the Celinni company, I am completely satisfied with this purchase. The opinions of Internet users about the 'Maison Celinni' reassure me, as does the 'Paypal' payment which seems to offer certain guarantees... I take the plunge, I call! First contact, Bagdad Lechlech who listens to my expectations and doubts. Right away, he advises me against choosing platinum (a softer metal than white gold) which does not offer enough resistance to the 'pinching' of the 3 diamonds in the spiral of the 'Elia' type ring. First pitfall avoided! Thank you Mr. Lechlech. Then, I submit the list of the three diamonds I have chosen from the impressive diamond catalog offered by the website; identical dimensions, minimum impurities, absence of fluorescence color, etc., etc.! Mr. Bagdad was absent the day Mr. Emeric De Francet took over my order and called me to refine my choice of the 3 diamonds. At that moment, I understood that I was not a diamond expert and that I had poorly prioritized the criteria that constitute a beautiful stone. If I understood the lesson correctly, the excellence of the cut, polish, and symmetry of the stone is worth more than a microscopic impurity and makes a diamond shine like a thousand lights. Mr. De Francet offered me three identical diamonds that followed his own demanding criteria. For the same budget, his proposal was much more coherent. Thank you Mr. De Francet. Finally, after my numerous hesitations/questions by email (photos of the ring rendered on a hand, height of the setting, how the stones are held...) I was invited to the showroom to pick up The Ring. Miss Maud welcomed us, my daughter and me, to explain the description of the 3 GIA certificates (one for each diamond), to explain the main properties of a well-proportioned, well-cut stone. An expertise certificate regarding the ring was handed to us where the retail/jewelry price is listed, which could serve as a basis for insurance purposes (the estimate is much higher than the amount I paid). I was touched to see my many interlocutors come to the showroom to greet us. Thank you for Maud's professionalism. Conclusions: First phone contact on June 30, 2017, Showroom in Paris on July 18, 2017 to pick up the ring. That evening, I thought I saw my wife's eyes shine more than her hand!?
