I had to deal with Celinni to buy an engagement ring, I highly recommend this diamond dealer who is completely trustworthy, you can go there with your eyes closed. A team present, attentive, and who does everything to arrange and satisfy the customer. The big day was perfect thanks to Celinni and the professionalism of Mr. Sussman.

Order of an engagement ring and two wedding bands. The Celinni team was very present throughout the process, providing advice before the purchase and the acquisition of the stone, advice on the type of metal, the shape, and great availability by email or phone to answer various questions after the order.

Order of diamond earrings via their site. Ultra-fast preparation and shipping, nothing to say about that, the earrings are very beautiful. However (and this must be a stroke of bad luck for my case, given the very positive comments from others), some issues with information (certain clarifications before the order) and communication (delivery address not taken into account), were nevertheless resolved in time.

Once we agreed on the model, the stone, and the price, I received the ring in 2 weeks, and the result is completely in line with my expectations. I ordered a ring on 03/03/2017 and I made a mistake at the time of the order regarding the engraving. I immediately sent an email to report it and they replied the next day that everything was fine, the modification would be taken into account. On 24/03/2017 I received a very beautiful ring except for an error in the engraving, the modification was not taken into account. It happens, so I contacted Celinni who were very responsive and sent me a return label for the ring. It has now been more than 15 days to change an engraving, which seems a bit exaggerated to me. So for me, a site that can make beautiful jewelry but you really shouldn't be in a hurry. I think now I will think twice before ordering jewelry online, what a shame.

I live abroad, and I had the opportunity to meet the Celinni team at their Paris showroom. My comments: - Ultra-fast!!! (I only had a week in France and the team managed to prepare the ring I wanted, size etc., in 4-5 days!) - Ultra-reliable and good support, especially for customs tax refund. The team prepared all the paperwork for me and I was able to save 20% off the price!!! - A good quality piece of jewelry for this price, twice as cheap as in a classic jewelry store (like Maty or Histoire d'or...) - The showroom is great and you can compare the sizes & colors of jewelry. Following the sending of my wedding band to Celinni for them to remake my wedding band, after many calls and emails, they announced to me that they had lost it. The managers told me they would remake it, and it has now been more than two months that I have been waiting for it, while on their site, they are capable of making a ring and delivering it in 10 days... I called the Celinni house in Paris to get information about the ring I had chosen. I had a pleasant and professional contact with a saleswoman who answered all my questions. I received the ring for the holidays and was very pleasantly surprised by the beauty and QUALITY of this ring. It perfectly matches the ring of my dreams, it is simply MAGNIFICENT and the HSI quality diamonds shine brightly. I had another contact with a saleswoman from Celinni for the warranty certificate; she kindly offered to send it to me, and I received it the next day. Celinni is less known than other names in jewelry, but in the end, they are a 'pure' diamond dealer who offers 30 days for a refund, which is quite reassuring. I bought a diamond pendant necklace during a special sale, pure 0.50 HSI1 (non-exchangeable and non-refundable), starting price €1490, after discount €890. It's a great promotion!! Estimated delivery date was 4 weeks, package received on time, very professional, beautiful packaging, discreet shipping... A few exchanges with the very professional staff who answered all my questions. The downside I have is that the chain and the clasp are really too thin, at risk of breaking. I find that the diamond is a bit colored. In comparison, I have a pair of earrings with diamonds of the same HSI1 quality that are whiter. Next to it, the effect is not the same at all. Nevertheless, the diamond has a beautiful sparkle.

Order for a diamond river 3 carats on yellow gold, on July 27, 2016, €3680 including tax; deposit and 10 checks. Received river on white gold, returned and received the correct bracelet on yellow gold with invoice and evaluation. Return: request for exchange on white gold because much more beautiful; I return, also, the invoice and the evaluation on yellow gold with the bracelet obviously... received the correct bracelet on white gold but it does not close; return; it is resent to me... except that I had to go through a jeweler to fix the clasp correctly (and I put it on very easily since... all by myself...) and I request an invoice and the evaluation for the 3-carat river on white gold: nothing to this day; no response from anyone despite the verbal assurance that it would be soon.... since then I have been requesting it through multiple & varied emails.... nothing at all knowing that e-commerce invoicing is strictly regulated... a ruby was to adorn a platinum setting that I sent; the ruby was to be round since originally the ring is made for a round solitaire.... no news: it seems no one is interested anymore.... I am all the more surprised that my dealings from the beginning went very well; then it became a disaster....
