We ordered our wedding bands from Celinni, a white gold band and a diamond barrette band of 2 carats of color GVS1, jewelry that we paid for during a 20% promotion on the site. The order was well delivered with the insurance certificate and the invoice stating the actual value of the rings as well as an insurance certificate where it was clearly written diamond barrette band of 2 carats of color GVS1. We had to have our jewelry appraised in Switzerland, and we were greatly surprised to find that the delivered ring was of quality I-J/SI, a quality of stones far inferior to that sold in large stores!! When we contacted the company, they said they were surprised that there must have been an error. However, until now, this dispute has not been resolved. We are still not refunded. A professional would have apologized, taken back the ring, and refunded without further ado, which is not the case with this company. If we hadn't had an appraisal of the jewelry, we wouldn't have known anything. Because it is impossible to see the difference with the naked eye between several diamonds.

I wanted a ring to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. I needed to find a ring that could elegantly match my wedding band. My wedding band, a full circle of diamonds, is relatively large, which implies choosing a ring with a diamond of at least 1 carat for the proportions to remain harmonious. I also wanted a pear-shaped diamond of color F or G and purity VS2 at a minimum. We live abroad, and I took advantage of a stay in France during the winter of 2015 to finalize the purchase of my ring. I started by visiting the jewelers on Place Vendôme, Cartier, Chaumet, etc... But I quickly realized that a ring with a pear-shaped diamond of over 1 carat would require a budget far exceeding the budget we had set, namely a maximum of 10,000 euros. I then proceeded to an online search to find ideas for rings cheaper than those offered by renowned jewelers, while being handcrafted with French know-how. I had to leave for abroad before the delivery of the ring. Mr. de Francet, taking advantage of a business trip to Asia, then offered to deliver the ring personally to my home. He kept his promise and delivered me a superb ring that met all my desires and has already received numerous compliments. A superb pear-shaped diamond, certified, at a price aligned with the purchase price on the Antwerp stock exchange, a personalized ring created by an experienced jeweler with impeccable craftsmanship, and home delivery, it is really hard to do better. I was looking to have a custom solitaire made for my engagement with a fairly large diamond of good color/purity for a fairly limited budget. I had stumbled upon their site at the beginning of my research without much conviction, I went to get quotes from 3 other jewelers, but the problems were always the same: - Price too high (despite negotiation because of distant family jewelers) - or Impossible for the jeweler to find exactly the criteria I wanted for the diamond, so I ended up either with a stone that was far too expensive because of superior quality, or for a fairly high price for an inferior stone; not to mention that I waited weeks each time to know if they had found a stone or not - Cash payment...
Despite some initial skepticism about buying a piece of jewelry worth several thousand euros online, I was quickly reassured about the seriousness of the site after reading various reviews on the Internet. I ordered a ring 2 weeks before my wife's birthday. In the end, we received the final ring (very pretty, by the way) 2.5 months later and after 8 phone follow-ups. The announced delay was 1 week.... My wife is happy, but I struggled for 2 months... The Celinni staff is very friendly but overwhelmed, and the promised timelines are never kept: multiply the delays by 2 or 3 at a minimum. It should also be noted that the requested engravings are not done during the first shipment, and a round trip is necessary. There's no need to choose a carrier when purchasing; Celinni automatically chooses Chronopost. Order history: Order on Thursday 08/10 for a birthday on Sunday 25/10 → Acknowledgment of receipt the same day. Call on Thursday 22/10: it's going out today, you'll have it tomorrow. Call on Saturday 24/12: it's going out today, you'll have it Monday. Receipt on Wednesday 27/10: actually, it went out on Monday via Chronopost, while I had requested UPS on the website. Call on Thursday 29/10: no engraving for too large a size (my fault) → explanation, we don't engrave them because they often need to be resized. We'll send you an email with a UPS number. Email on 01/11: can you send me a UPS number? Call on Wednesday 04/11: follow up with us by email, we'll take care of it today → follow-up sent the same day. Call on Friday 06/11: no email → call, the salesperson David is handling it directly on the phone, and I receive the UPS number and confirm the shipping details: anonymous package + note indicating the new size. The announced delay is 72 hours upon receipt. Shipment on Thursday 19/11 with a note reminding the engraving to be done and already indicated in the order, as well as the size to be modified (from 56 to 52). The package is received on 20/11. Call on Thursday 03 December; It's been 15 days, is there a problem? Response: no, no, it's going out today, you'll have it tomorrow. Call on Monday 07/12. You'll have it tomorrow Tuesday. Arrival on Wednesday 09/12 (due to Chronopost). The engraving is okay, but the ring is not resized... It's still size 56... Call on Wednesday 11/12: Discussions and flat apologies... we agree to return the ring. Shipment of the resized ring on Friday 13/12. Receipt of the resized ring on Wednesday 18/12. Phew.... Comments on Celinni's response: 1) I was never informed of the stock shortage. 2) I was not offered any refund, and I never asked for one. 3) I requested the engraving in the correct field; otherwise, why did you indicate that the non-engraving was intentional? 4) The note in the package was stuck to the ring box and impossible to lose. Your response is in bad faith! I would have preferred a more honest response: you were understaffed, overwhelmed by the volume of orders, and with poorly managed processes, and you have corrected this since..... We wanted to buy a diamond for a budget of around 10,000 euros. However, after having it appraised at 3,800 francs (as part of an inheritance) for a diamond paid 12,000 francs, we realized that this purchase was not a good deal. We then searched for a new supplier and found the Celinni house online. Initially, it is not easy to buy this type of item online, especially since you have to pay upon ordering: it's a bit risky. So we looked for information about the company. At one point, we felt confident and purchased the diamond by choosing it on the site where everything is clear: weight, color, clarity, quality of cut, and price. The fact that the diamonds are delivered with their certificate is also an advantage. In the end, we are very satisfied with the pendant made with the chosen diamond. The only downside was the delivery time, which turned out to be significantly longer than expected, but we live in faraway Switzerland... For the birth of our third child, I wanted to give a bracelet with diamonds to my wife. I went around several Parisian jewelers and decided to compare prices online. There is no comparison; the Internet offers undeniably lower prices. While comparing different sites, I focused on Celinni, which seemed professional and, above all, significantly cheaper than the others. I decided to make an appointment at the showroom to see the product offerings in person. I was received by Bagdad, who showed me different sizes of bracelets, and I settled on the Diamond River Bracelet 5.00 Carats G/VS for 6,880 Euros. After paying a deposit, I patiently awaited the 6-week delay imposed by Celinni since the jewelry was not in stock. They explained that their pricing policy is based on the fact that they do not have stock (which I can understand if the final deadline is met since the delivery coincides with the due date). A month later, I received a call from the secretary informing me that the bracelet was ready, and I rushed to Celinni to pick up my precious item! It perfectly matched what I had seen and what I expected. My wife was thrilled with her gift. The bracelet was slightly too big, and Bagdad took care of shortening it within the week at no charge. I am sharing my experience because the salesperson asked me to leave a note online if I was satisfied. Everything had started so well on June 27, 2015, as soon as I chose this wedding band that I like so much, and by the call from the CELINNI house that confirmed my order the very next day, on a Sunday. Payment in 3 checks, the first to be cashed on July 5, the second on August 5, and the third on September 5. However, on July 28, I sent an email (address found on the internet in the contact section) asking if the receipt of my ring, initially scheduled for August 13, was still valid, as I would be absent that week and I was asking how to proceed. No response to my email on July 30, so I followed up with a new email... no response on July 31. I forwarded my email to one of the other addresses mentioned on the site. Mr. ! replied to me within minutes, saying he would provide me with an answer that evening... I followed up with Mr. ! the next morning (Saturday, August 1) because I had not received a response. He replied rather curtly that he had responded to me the day before and the day before that??!!!! and he gave me his mobile number. I replied by email that I had not received a message from him the day before, but only a message the day before in which he committed to respond to me that evening. What to do to get an answer to such a simple question? I cannot understand. I then called him on his mobile on Monday, August 3, in the morning; he answered that he was on leave and invited me to contact the office... So I called the office. Mrs. ! took note of my request, confirmed that my order was indeed taken into account with the engraving, and committed to call me back during the day. I had to call back that same evening at 5 PM because I had not been called back. After apologizing, Mrs. ! told me she would call me back that evening... still, I am still waiting. I am really worried because the fact that they do not respond to me is distressing; is there a problem with my ring?!!!! I called again the next day, August 4, around 5 PM, and I reached a very pleasant person, !, who seemed embarrassed by my call and my annoyance, and because Mrs. ! was out. She committed to respond to me before leaving the office... which she did!!!! She informed me that my ring was with the carrier and that I should receive it on August 6. This good news chased away my discontent. I was not asking for an early delivery of my ring, but just to be told how to have it delivered in my presence!!!! It is August 6; I just opened the box that is supposed to contain my wedding band that I like so much... what a disappointment, it is not mine and is not engraved, but the attached certificate corresponds to my ring!! Of course, the error is in favor of the CELINNI house... I feel a disappointment that you cannot imagine. I had taken care to look closely at customer reviews of the CELINNI house; the vast majority were laudatory, so I am part of the minority of disappointed customers. I call the CELINNI house again. After apologizing profusely, the person invited me to go to the post office and return the ring by Chronopost, unless this ring suits me... one would think we are dreaming. I returned the ring. But what a surprise, she also informed me that my ring could not be engraved because the machine was broken and that it would not be possible to do so. That was too much, but why was I not informed?!!! Is it so hard to show consideration for your customers? Perhaps the amount of my purchase is not high enough to be treated properly? I hope that the ring I ordered really exists. After some phone exchanges and emails, it was agreed to deliver my ring on September 8. Shortly after, a call from the CELINNI house informing me that the ring that had been sent to me was indeed the correct one and corresponded to my order. I was stunned!!! I had to resend my order confirmation email and indicate where on the website the ring was located. I want to emphasize that throughout this time, despite letters, emails, and calls, the director of CELINNI never made himself known, contrary to what I have read online, and no one else either to apologize or justify the error and the way I was treated. Fortunately, my only contact, !, did her best in this chaotic situation. I had to threaten to stop payment on the last check if I did not receive my ring!!! My ring was finally delivered on September 14, 2015, 12 days before my wedding, with a month of delay and hassle and stress. Despite all this, the product meets my expectations and delights me. To finish, I was worried until yesterday (October 15) that the third payment had not been cashed; it turns out that the payment for September was cashed along with that of August on the same day!!! I did not notice with all the wedding expenses and the fact that the two checks were cashed on the same day. In the end, a proposal for a commercial gesture of 100€ in compensation accepted by me but awaiting realization. It should be noted that unlike a positive review, for a negative review, it is not possible to mention a name or even an initial...

In search of a solitaire 2.5-3 carats and fascinated by jewelry, I naturally turned to the great houses of Place Vendôme. The coffee is good, the woodwork magnificent, and the reception is subdued, sometimes obsequious, which annoys me. However, the advice is by no means up to the exorbitant prices charged. The beauty of a solitaire - and its value - lies in the quality of the diamond, so I started looking for a single stone. On the advice of a friend, I went to the Celinni website, as well as those of the competition. I also called the Celinni house to get clarifications on the criteria to prioritize, because beyond the 4C rule, choosing a diamond is a profession. After explaining the criteria to prioritize, given the desired stone size, David and Emeric offered to conduct the search for me. A stone was quickly submitted to me (Weight 2.67 carats - Excellent cut - color H - Clarity SI1, but no visible inclusion on the table: only one on the pavilion), a copy of the Hrd certificate was communicated to me, all for a price well below the initially planned budget. Reassured by the professionalism and simplicity of the exchanges, I decided in 5 minutes, the time to confirm the type of setting I wanted - a choice I had been considering for several months. The order form was issued, I signed it, and gave the transfer order to my bank. Even before receiving the funds, Celinni informed me that they had received the stone and that the ring was in production. And there, a big doubt: does the chosen setting match the stone and my friend's other ring (3 extra-large golds from Cartier)? I called David, expressed my doubt and my embarrassment because the ring was in production. He took the time to listen to me, we discussed the coherence of the styles of the two rings, and on his advice, I changed my mind (Even though I had thought about it for several months before making my choice!). Without any additional cost, after a week, I was called to say that my order was ready. Being in Paris, I went to their premises for delivery. The ring is in line with my aesthetic wishes, the setting is as perfect as those of the great houses, the finishes too - It is magnificent and thanks to David's advice, it matches perfectly with the 3 golds of my dear one. It is now in my pocket, the plane tickets are booked, the hotel too, so the most difficult part remains: to succeed in my proposal, as easily and simply as my purchase....
