I had a custom wedding band made for my partner and the result is just magnificent. Everything I asked for was realized. It is made of white gold inlaid with small diamonds that go all around the band. Initially, a delay of 6 to 7 weeks was planned, and I received it after only 4 weeks. It is true that ordering online is not always very simple, but they are attentive to us, and I wholeheartedly recommend having your wildest jewelry made.

I happened to visit their showroom, without any real intention of buying, more to inquire (being of a very suspicious nature). But as soon as I arrived, I was taken care of professionally, I faced a salesperson who was attentive but did not push for consumption, quite the opposite. In the meantime, a man arrived to pick up a solitaire he had dropped off that very morning for a size reduction and told me, "don't hesitate, they are pros, fast, and their products are of quality." And indeed, I did not hesitate, I, the great indecisive, surprised myself by placing an order immediately! The product met expectations. They were also quick because I came with a time constraint. Within 5 days my solitaire arrived from the other side of the planet and had been mounted. My wife was delighted and so was I. Their customer service is also of great quality because I had chosen a model that was too large and they resized it within 48 hours (a more than reasonable timeframe during the holiday season, especially for a drop-off on Sunday morning). I now know where I will have the wedding bands made!

David worked with us to find the right diamond by exploring the diamond markets in Antwerp and Bombay together, and he brought it to Paris and assembled it with the setting in record time and for a price we would never have gotten from the jewelers on Place Vendôme. The announced deadlines were respected (less than 3 weeks to bring the diamond from Bombay and create the custom setting). As a result, I am delighted with our choice which allows me to have a magnificent ring for a price well below that practiced by classic jewelers. I will not hesitate to buy my next jewelry at Celinni!

Purchase of a yellow gold diamond wedding band of 5 carats for 9,400 euros: - non-compliance with the agreed payment terms: demand for payment of the last installment before shipment when it was supposed to be upon receipt; - certificate produced at the time of making the jewel different from the one provided during shipment; - more than ten weeks after shipment, despite numerous reminders and a phone exchange, never received a certificate of expertise worthy of the name, signed (missing number of stones, gold weight, and jewel description); - engraving requested and accepted not realized; - inside of the ring partially hollowed out and smooth on the other (which would have allowed for engraving...). This lack of harmony is, in my opinion, not representative of "high" French jewelry; - total availability before the final payment but silence afterwards, except for an email on the verge of aggression and a phone exchange with a charming collaborator but who did not follow up on your call. In short, I will never buy a piece of jewelry of this price online again and if I paid 40% less, I still think it's too much considering the absence of a certificate worthy of the name (the fact that it would be recognized by French insurance does not mean it is by other companies. Moreover, the fact that it mentions an "estimated" value much higher than the purchase value could encourage fraud...) and overall personal satisfaction. In summary, I will never buy a cat in a bag again.
