Already 5 pieces purchased at Celinni: the quality is the same (if not better) than in jewelry stores, but the price is very different. When you buy from Celinni, you pay for your jewelry and not for the exorbitant rent of a shop on the grand boulevards. If you are not yet comfortable with the idea of buying jewelry online, you can always reassure yourself by going directly to their workshop in the 9th arrondissement.

The certificates of the stones are not readable online, which is a shame for understanding the price differences reflecting the different characteristics of diamonds. A sorting by criteria would be a big plus to save time. Oral and written communication is therefore necessary. The staff is pleasant and precise in their explanations. I must say that I was a bit skeptical about the concept, however, my first discussion with David Sussman was very interesting, he is very frank and shared his knowledge of diamonds (unlike some jewelers with storefronts). This builds trust. We had some issues with customs (independent of Celinni) but they always proposed solutions (which I appreciate a lot) and guided me well in my choices. I had a resizing yesterday, once again, everything went very well. In short, my satisfaction lies: - On the price - On the quality of the ring - On the quality of follow-up and guidance (argument of local jewelers, but residing abroad, Celinni did it better) - A small downside on the deadlines but as mentioned earlier, it was independent of them.
