Hello, like many of you, I noticed inconsistencies at Celinni. In a year, I bought six pieces of jewelry. In terms of quality/price, Celinni is really good. Clearly, there is a bit of a messy side... for example, the wrong certificate with a bracelet. (This spoiled the Christmas gift since I gave the wrong bracelets to the wrong people) It's not the end of the world, but it raises a doubt, when you make mistakes in the documents, maybe you make mistakes elsewhere. Also, when it comes to buying, you will get an immediate response, for everything else, it is much more informal. There is really something to improve, with power, for impeccable service.

The customer service is average. Without my experience with Mr. Rayan, my experience would have been worse. He is one of your best salespeople on site. A big congratulations to him.

Several pieces of jewelry purchased without issues and of good quality. However, to cope with the increase in the price of gold, they have made excessive increases: 30% on certain models and without notifying customers in advance. Most brands inform their previous customers and thus offer them the possibility, if a model pleases them, to buy it before the increase. I had two pieces in my cart and in one night it increased by €600!!!! This is neither a commercial nor a courteous procedure. I am quite shocked.

I give 2 stars because I am satisfied with my ring... however, I was supposed to be delivered between January 30 and February 4, knowing that I was getting engaged on the 8th. On the 30th, not having any real news, I decided to send an email to be sure that I would receive my ring by the 4th at the latest... I was assured that YES. On the 4th... still nothing... so I called back, they called me back without leaving a message on the 7th, so I was left over the weekend without a response... on the 10th, I called back and was told that the ring would be sent. I had to buy a substitute ring, so I asked for a commercial gesture, but they only want to give me a credit note, I would like a refund of what they offered me as a credit note... that would be the least they could do given that I had to buy a ring due to non-compliance with deadlines and especially a lack of communication about the delay... Update: I was contacted by the logistics manager who offered me another commercial gesture discussed with management, and I thank him very much for the responsiveness.

Reliable process: secure payment RAS. Very satisfactory delivery time to home in the province (5 weeks including August holidays). Necklace highlighted in a small illuminated box (I found that nice), accompanied by all the papers (invoice, GIA certificate of authenticity for the stone). I ordered during a private sale 2 pairs of diamond and 18k white gold earrings and a pair of emerald earrings set with diamonds. They arrived very quickly, but I was disappointed on several points upon opening my order. - the closure pushers of the earrings are made of silicone. When ordering earrings in 18k gold, one expects to have the pushers in gold as well! - the value stated on the certificate is much lower than what was indicated on the site! For the diamond-set earrings, for example, the displayed value on the site was €796.58 and on the document €316!! I consider this to be misleading advertising. Fortunately, I took a photo at the time of the order so I have proof. - as for the pair of emeralds set with diamonds. The emeralds are of such poor quality that I wonder if they are real. You can see with the naked eye lines in the stone as if the stone was cracked. And the initial price before the promotion was €1199.02! For this price, I expected better.

I ordered two wedding bands for our marriage and was given a deadline of 5 to 6 weeks. After 6 and a half weeks, I called myself to get news. The lady on the phone told me it would be sent within the week. Upon opening the package, I was really shocked - the two wedding bands, but especially my future husband's, scratched, matte, with no finish. I was almost in tears... I returned it by post within half an hour. I called customer service and the lady simply replied that she was not in quality service and apologized. 9 days later I received the rings again, this time, less bad, but still without finish, with matte edges. I called the office again and spoke to a man who mocked my despair and insisted that the rings were of good quality. The term is too short to initiate legal proceedings, as the wedding is in 1 month, but they are not professional and not honest. I did not deserve this kind of treatment especially since we paid 1470 euros. No one deserves it! Common sense is priceless. You can probably find cheaper elsewhere and more serious and humane people!
