My ring from 2015, one of the 3 diamonds started to move, was repaired very quickly under the lifetime warranty, and came back to me like new in a beautiful display case. Honestly, I am very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the telephone reception and the Celinni after-sales service. Thank you again!

Order placed on January 18, delivery time announced February 9. The next day, manufacturing time 12 days, i.e., January 31. We are still within the deadlines, even ahead. Call from them to schedule the delivery. Departure on the 27th, arrival on the 31st as agreed on the phone. Call on February 1 for feedback which I could not respond to but sent an email in the evening for a response in the morning. Serious company that takes care of its customers. Beautiful quality of the jewelry sold, at rather attractive prices. I plan to place a new order in a few months to take advantage of my cashback.
