The person who answered customer service and took care of sending and receiving my order was also very professional. I therefore recommend this serious company.

Perfect experience from start to finish. I came at the end of May 2022 to find an engagement ring. Mrs. CROZE from the Lyon agency perfectly met my expectations, I was able to create a completely custom ring with impeccable follow-up. Ring delivered very quickly. A small resizing was necessary but it took barely more than a week between sending to the workshop and receiving it at home. We will return for our wedding bands.

From the moment of the order to the receipt of the ring, everything went very well and on time. There were a few back and forth with the workshop to redo the ring size, and it was quick and efficient. A small downside for a few stones that came loose in the box during transport, but this was quickly resolved by the workshop afterwards. I would also add that the Celinni teams I spoke to on the phone were very friendly and cordial, whether it was after-sales or the workshop. So I recommend!
