I could not be more pleased with my Certano palm bender in terms of build quality, timely order processing/delivery, and excellent customer service/communication. The bender easily mounted to a new custom lap steel build and looks and plays beautifully. Highly recommended!
I haven't installed them yet, but I can already tell the build quality is excellent, and I have not doubt they'll work beautifully. The instructions are also excellent.

Benders have been fitted to 1959 valco national lap steel and work well in open D tuning....beware of import duty if shipping to UK

Professionally done. Great product. The only thing I struggled with was putting it back the same as it came after I disassembled. But looking at a photo solved that.
He responds quickly to emails and this thing was in Paris airport and on my in California the next day. The bender itself is nicely machined and the finish is outstanding.
