Hello,

You are right about one point: our glasses are indeed thinner, as we chose Tri-Acetate of Cellulose (TAC) for its lightness, polarization, shape memory, and optical clarity, without prismatic distortion. The thinness is therefore a technical choice, not a manufacturing defect.

That said, this thinness should not translate into looseness or a disappointing rendering. If you feel play, an adjustment is still possible, and our customer service is here for that: write to us at [email protected] with a photo of your mounted glasses, and we will look for the best solution for a secure fit together.

Hello Sébastien,

Thank you very much for your positive feedback! We are delighted that the glasses met your expectations and that you appreciated the speed of our service. Your satisfaction is our priority. See you soon on Changermesverres!

Best regards,
The Changermesverres team.

Hello,

Thank you very much for your loyalty and for your feedback.

We are pleased to know that you are fully satisfied with the quality of the lenses, especially for a second order.

Regarding the tint, your remark is completely understandable and we take it into account. Red mirrored lenses can indeed appear more orange depending on the ambient light, especially in winter or indoors. Outdoors, with more intense light, the red mirror fully reveals its true color.

Of course, your satisfaction remains our priority. If despite this the result does not meet your expectations, our customer service is at your disposal to arrange an exchange or a refund, no problem.

Do not hesitate to contact us, we will take care of it quickly.

See you very soon,

The lenses you ordered are indeed category 3 polarized lenses, which corresponds to the level of protection most commonly used for daily use (bright light, driving, outdoor activities).

There is no half-category between category 3 and category 4.

Category 4, on the other hand, is reserved for very specific uses (high mountains, extreme conditions) and is not authorized for driving, for example.

All our polarized lenses are systematically tested before shipping.

If you want to check the polarization simply at home, here is a quick test:

look at a screen (phone or computer) through the lens

then rotate the lens 90° and the screen should darken significantly: this is a sign that the polarization is indeed active.

At CMV, customer satisfaction is a priority. If despite these explanations the result does not meet your expectations, our after-sales service is of course reachable at the following address: [email protected]

We remain at your disposal :)

Hello Gilles,

Thank you very much for your review and your rating of 5/5! We are delighted that you shared your experience. We take note of your comment regarding the fragility of the coating and we will strive to improve the quality of our products. Your feedback is valuable to us.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience encountered.

In some cases, it may happen that the selected reference does not exactly match the specific model of the frame (the same frame may exist in several sizes or very close variants), which can indeed lead to a slight play of the lenses.

In order to verify this together and find a solution, could you please send us a photo of the inside of the arm of your glasses, where the brand, exact reference, and dimensions of the model are generally indicated?
This will allow us to confirm compatibility or identify if it is a variant requiring a different lens shape.

Our goal is for your lenses to fit perfectly in your frame, and our customer service remains at your disposal to assist you.

Best regards

The CMV team
