Thank you for your feedback, and an important clarification: our lenses do not carry the logo of your frame brand, and this is perfectly intentional. Reproducing a brand's logo without its permission would be counterfeiting, and we do not engage in counterfeiting.

What we offer is clearly stated: compatible replacement lenses, made by us, cut in Boulogne-Billancourt to the exact dimensions of your model, polarized and compliant with international optical standards. They are not original lenses and we have never presented them as such; this is precisely what makes their price possible.

Our lenses are made of TAC, a cellulosic material that we have chosen for its real qualities: remarkable optical clarity, laminated polarization at the heart of the lens, and a lightness that is immediately felt when worn. Its flexibility is also what protects it; TAC absorbs impacts by bending where a thick and rigid lens would break.

This thinness and softer curvature are part of this choice; they do not prevent it from fitting properly into the groove of your frame.

We take what you describe very seriously: glasses should not cause any visual discomfort, and we want to understand what is happening.

A simple check first: make sure that the protective film applied during manufacturing has been removed from both sides of each lens; it can sometimes go unnoticed and makes vision blurry and tiring. If that is the case, everything will return to normal immediately.

If the discomfort persists, please write to us at [email protected] with your order number: we will have your glasses examined and, depending on the result, we will remake a pair for you or refund you.
