This is my third order with this merchant. The first two in 2024 went very well: advisor accessible by phone, good responsiveness, attentive service (request for slight enlargement). This year, no more phone contact, an express request for fast delivery (travel abroad), order placed on a Monday, shipping done THURSDAY despite my reiterated request and a promise. Disappointment. I maintain 3 stars for the site and the product.

This is the second time I am giving my opinion on this purchase! NO, I AM NOT SATISFIED! I received a hat in the size I ordered, like the three previous ones that fit me perfectly, but this one is TOO BIG! It falls on my nose! TRACLET's response was "return it and order another size." The hat sent is not the one ordered. Customer service is almost non-existent. I have to return the hat before they send me the one I ordered. But since they don't give me a return label, I won't receive the hat which is a birthday gift for August 29. In short, avoid this site which creates problems and is unable to resolve them quickly.

The 2 hats are very beautiful. BUT: the delivery time indicated at the order was not respected at all. I received the grouped order almost three weeks too late. I needed one of the hats for my vacation and it was therefore missed. This is not acceptable from the seller.

The hat I received did come quickly and the shipping was cheaper than expected. Only big problem, and it is a big one, the hat IS NOT Kangol like was advertised. It is a different brand. I will keep the hat I was sent anyway as I like it and it would be a pain to send back. In future, if you advertise Kangol, sell Kangol.

When I received my package and opened it, the panama hat was sitting on an angle in the box with a small amount of packing material on top of it. The brim was warped from the pressure. The Deadman's hat was underneath the panama and also was sparsely protected with packing material. There were two cardboard hat rings in the box.... thrown on top of the two hats and useless for protective purposes. The packing material consisted of some tissue paper and some plastic bags. The box was much too large for the contents.

The size of the hat is a bit too big but it's impossible to use one of the adhesive strips because then it's impossible to wear the hat.
