Order placed on 07/07/2021 and delivery received on 25/09/2021! The payment was processed without delay and we waited more than two and a half months to receive the ordered product.

I still haven't received my hat.
It's been 3 months since I ordered a bowler hat.
After sending emails, I have remained without a response from you.
I do not recommend anyone to order a hat from Traclet.

I am very happy with my hat, but I wanted it in black and I received it in green: it is very difficult to know which color was chosen on the site, there is only one photo in black (for the hat I took anyway) and no visual difference when clicking on one color or another: I didn't even realize I was ordering in green... this could be improved on the site.

Fast and efficient service. The product labeled as size 56 is actually size 55 (measured with a tape measure).

I am very disappointed with the trilby model I just received. It fits poorly, is not provided with reducers, and is way too high. I did not order a top hat! I do not recommend this model from this supplier.

Certainly there is a choice but at the time of payment, the payments are refused and this by card so you have to call to either reorder or pay the person online who is not very nice!!

I received a cap that is clearly not the right size despite choosing the correct dimension. Indeed, this is already the 3rd time I buy the same product in a few years (this cap, due to its material and color, does not tolerate UV well, I was warned in the store where I went at the time of the first purchase but they did not have it in stock last time and did not know when it would be restocked). The store I used to go to clearly advised me to try online. And this is the only site where I found the same model for a higher price not to mention shipping costs and finally, the size (55cm) is no longer indicated inside as I was used to but an S for small. Unusable product because it measures at least 56cm (yes, I have a small head).
I am extremely disappointed to have been left 7 weeks without headwear rather than 3 or 4 as stated on the page and moreover, to receive a product that does not fit.

Hello, a bit disappointed because the white cap inside has a slightly yellowed forehead contour. Cap that has been used in my opinion on display and must have been tried on which would explain the impression of dirt, I would have preferred a cap that has not been used as a model.

Hello, I would have given more if Traclet hat shop was not too eager to cash in but to deliver first.

Too bad you put glue on the belt that is on the hat if you want to remove it, it leaves nice glue marks.

There is an error in the shipment.

Communication problem regarding the order of this hat which almost did not arrive on time for the scheduled ceremony date.

The cap did not match the ordered model and arrived more than a month and a half late! Good quality, fortunately!
