Delivery was 'almost' express, TNT did not deliver to the indicated address, they left the package in one of their agencies 50km from the delivery location!! The site is well designed, a lot of choices and nothing to say about the very fast and tracked delivery. But I am disappointed with the ordered product: given the brand (presented as a reference in the field) I expected at least a correct label inside the beret and/or a somewhat 'classy' packaging. The basic white label is barely readable and the beret was simply slipped into a bubble envelope, with no protection at all... I hope at least that the size will fit, as it is a gift for Christmas...

I ordered on October 11, 2020, and to this day I still have not received anything. One item out of two is awaiting restocking. I have no news. There were two weeks before delivery and I had accepted the delay. This is my 3rd order and it is the first time the delay is so long and especially that the payment for my order was made on the same day.

I received a beret XV de France 'One size adjustable', I regret the quality of the product. After several tutorials and advice on the 'Adjustment' of the product, I was never able to make it fit my size, until the fabric tore near the shell. I do not recommend this kind of one-size product.

Hello, for more than a century that we have been selling berets, we have never had a beret that cuts. We have already adjusted such berets for customers up to size 61 cm. What size do you wear? As indicated on our site, it must be done so that the wool expands and not the fabric all at once. In this case, an analysis of the beret will be requested from Laulhère, who is the specialist and manufacturer of the beret, in order to get their feedback.
