Product compliant but I had to send an email for them to finally decide to send me my order.
The response I received is quite comical: "you should have specified that you were in a hurry!!" Or "you did not pay for shipping!!!" I find this very inappropriate especially since if I indeed did not pay for shipping it is because my order exceeded the minimum amount to have it free so I did not receive any preferential treatment!!! Next time I will turn to a more competent seller.

In order to limit shipments and therefore shipping costs; we prefer a single shipment when the order requires multiple deliveries. Indeed, for a cleaning, we must receive the hat and then send it back once it is done. Therefore, it requires two shipments that are not settled and which is an important cost for us.

For the return shipping costs, it is still a proposed solution to have the return shipping costs.
