A beautiful hat. The actual appearance is a bit less qualitative than in the photos. The customer service and delivery were perfect.

The hat is good but it lacks its chin strap. You should send it to me again.

The site, the choice, the payment, and the delivery are good. However, I am annoyed by the stupid concept of the 'one size' hat, a hat must have a diameter! What to do with a hat that falls over your eyes! Out of 4 hats ordered, only the 'one size' hat turns out to be way, way too big. I just got tricked and now I have to hassle to return it. So factual waste in terms of time, money, ecology. It's useless.

Hello, I noted that my head circumference was 59 cm, the item you delivered me is obviously larger, yet on your site it is noted 58, 59 cm. Regards

Good quality and good service, just a bit disappointed with the model. Maybe by putting more photos, we could better realize the product.

Being between 2 sizes, I took the larger size (L) according to your recommendations but I had to return it because it was too big, for size (M).
I have difficulty reaching you to make the return, impossible to have a contact person at the indicated hours
Best regards

2 weeks delivery delay without any feedback from the site to warn. However, customer service is very responsive. Then the hat arrived very quickly and in perfect condition.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello,
We sincerely thank you for your positive feedback regarding the quality of our products. We understand your concern about the price increase, which can indeed be confusing.
This garden hat was 30 euros in 2019 and it has gone up to 48 euros this year because for 10 years, the price had not changed due to having stock of raw materials purchased at a lower price and we also had to increase the labor cost to manufacture this hat in France.
Best regards,
Traclet Sebastien

I am disappointed with the US bandana product; it lacks 1 or 2 photos to better visualize the product, as it is not a classic bandana, it is not a square of fabric; it is a fabric already cut, sewn, like a cap.

Hello regarding the hat, very nice quality superb. But there was a missing eyelet on one side of the chin strap, anyway thank you for the chin strap provided, and I am quite happy with my hat, best regards.

Cap compliant. The size is good and the navy blue cotton fabric does not fade in the wash. The fabric is a bit thick for hot weather. UV protection 40+

More than a month delay in delivery and the package still not received following a shipping notification received at the end of last week. I had to call to find out where the order was and understand the reason for the delay. I find that communication about the delivery time needs to be improved.

The expected quality is well verified, but I think there was a size issue. I wanted hats for young children and they are not the requested sizes. It will be fine for next year.

I am satisfied with my order and delivery. The information on the site lacks rigor. For some products, sometimes high-end, the indications are imprecise or even contradictory.

Pros:
• Easy to navigate.
Cons:
• Little choice of baseball caps for heads sized above 61 cm.
• Little choice of colors for baseball caps, most out of stock with long delivery times.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Good morning,
Thank you for your message. Can you tell us the reference you want that we don't have in stock.
Size 63 is not very easy to find, because a lot of makers only make size 61 cm but not more.
If you have a reference, we can check with the maker if it is possible to make it.
Regards,
Traclet

Hello
The hat is of nice quality but the package arrived open and the hat was a bit dirty, which is annoying for an item of this quality.
