A lot of choices, the site is quite clear but the search by criteria (materials...) needs improvement. I was looking for a straw hat having selected men's hats and the site suggested me straw hats for both men and women.

Trying to change a product is very expensive. They probably have a negotiated return system with a carrier

The site is very good, and the after-sales service is quite efficient, but I regret a lack of clarity on the reception date and the waiting time for the package. I was also quite shocked by the poor written expression/spelling of the customer service, it's not very serious!

Very good reception on the phone.
However, I was supposed to be called back to confirm the availability of certain models, which was not done.
Very fast delivery, well packaged. Perfect.

A lot of choices, trendy or classic products, often original. Good quality of products.
Note that if the item is missing or being restocked, there is no information unless you request the details.

The photo of the Daniel Vial scarf on the site has nothing to do with the scarf received, which is not hand-painted, but a simple striped scarf. The return of merchandise is too complicated, I do not want to be forced to have a Paypal account.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
The model is indeed a Daniel Vial model as it is our only manufacturer.
For the return shipping costs, it is still a proposed solution to have the return shipping costs.
Our store cannot cover these costs and Paypal is a solution to limit transport costs for our customers.
Best regards

very professional site; excellent products that were recommended to us by our dermatologist.
We would have just liked more precision regarding the exact delivery date as our product was out of stock and required a restock. We had no idea how long it would take.
