I would have liked to be kept informed about the delivery delay. I had to send an email to find out what was going on. The response was immediate but a bit curt.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Site needs improvement. My choice (1) was not available, so I chose something else (2). Then, I received an email saying that this choice (2) was not available, but that I could revert to (1). So, a waste of time and a lack of coherence in the site's information.

Site with a lot of seriousness, stores open to calls, questions and therefore information.
Only downside, for an item at the price of the one I ordered, I would have liked a storage and maintenance guide with it.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Yes, it's an error on my part, I didn't have time to manage both the flow of emails and orders.
If the size is not suitable, we will cover the shipping costs.
Please excuse me for this mistake.
