Shipping more expensive than the ordered product (€4 for a €0.40 cork band) unfortunate!

No major problems. Except for a small annoyance: one of the products was out of stock for a very very very long time, and now announced: only in two weeks. Enough to lose patience

A lot of choices at reasonable prices. However, the packages are disproportionate compared to the size of the received product. Not eco-friendly or economical. Too bad, best regards Alain

There are quite a few choices, some descriptions are well detailed. Too bad we can't combine filters, for example UV hats and Women or Men.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Sorry but the beret is indeed in brown color (For us, the Traclet hat shop and for the Torpedo house) the delivered model is not in black leather.
It's true that it's dark but if you put it next to a black fabric you will see that it is indeed brown.
Best regards
Traclet

Very well-made site and quality hats; small downside on the return policy, no pre-printed return labels and return shipping costs are at our expense.

Excellent service, and very fast. The only downside is that the site indicates references that are no longer in stock without us seeing it immediately.
