After mistakenly ordering the wrong size and reordering the correct size, the package took a bit long to reach me. That said, very courteous contact by phone.

I received the package in poor condition (crushed), fortunately the product was not damaged.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, we try to provide quality boxes for sending our products but unfortunately when they end up with much larger packages that crush our packages, we recommend either refusing the package upon receipt or providing information to report it to the post office in order to make a claim in case the product is broken. We hope that the product will give you complete satisfaction. Please excuse us for this inconvenience. Best regards, tRACLET

Thanks to the people at Traclet who advised me by phone. Just a small downside, I had to order by phone because when registering on the site, I was systematically redirected to Twitter......

I measured the circumference of my head, it was 56 and the beret is a bit loose, not easy
Translated reviews
Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
In case the beret is a bit large, we can either take it back and adjust the size with a large inner band.
Otherwise, you can slightly wet the entrance of the beret with hot water to adjust it to your head size.
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards

A lot of choices but not always available... and the 24-48h delivery, you should rather count on 3-4 days.

Fast shipping, unfortunately the hat is too big even though on the product page it is advised to take one size up (Size small!) and this note is incorrect.
So product return with the losses that this entails and the cost !!!!
Despite my remarks to this site, no apology or compensation offered !
A little more communication would be a plus for this seller ...

Nice cap, but I followed the advice on your site to choose one size up from mine and ended up with a cap that is too small!

Quality products with a very large selection. Perfect delivery. Small downside, a site a bit outdated in terms of ergonomics and design. It deserves a little refresh!

very good but the order was placed at Christmas and we only received the hat now but better late than never because my husband really cared about it.
Until the last moment I was wondering if we would have it because we had no news. I tried to call you but there was no answer.
Once your email was received, everything went very quickly: CONGRATULATIONS!
