Very good, except for a stock outage at one point. We had requested to be alerted by email about availability. No news

As with the last order, I think the item should be placed in plastic and then in its final packaging. This is to protect the product from humidity or water (during the previous purchase, the packaging had been wet...). For the rest, I am fully satisfied although as a precaution I took one size down. Be careful, the caps from the Stetson brand are larger than the winter ones from the same brand.

Good products. However, a remark regarding email contact: 1/ I did not receive an email when the product was available again 2/ upon receipt, I asked a question to which I did not receive a response (how to fix the slightly warped edges of the hat due to transport).

Very good except for the size choices which are often (too) in 2s. M for 56/57 cm for example. Less choice, but all sizes! For me, it's the 56cm that fits perfectly. Best regards

One star less, because the delivery person did not open my mailbox to drop off the package (neither package nor notice of passage), I had to go pick it up at the post office. So I paid an extra delivery fee for nothing..

I did not know this site. It was while searching for a cap on the hat shop site in Colmar that I stumbled upon your site. I found the cap I was looking for and ordered it.
