Customer reviews of Chapellerie Traclet

The announced delivery time was not respected

Easy access site, relatively fast delivery depending on availability. Average quality item, the inner band of the cap was detached at the junction of the two ends and the final stitching was poorly finished.

a bit light and not very warm., the waterproofing has not yet been tested.

Satisfied. Fast delivery.

Yes, good

Good quality, size of the clogs not really suitable

Very good.
Very nice item and of quality.
Size slightly larger but compatible.
Fast and efficient delivery.

Average quality. Returns are at your expense

good

Very good

fast delivery and well packaged

Very wide choice of hats of all kinds. More precise indications on the size to choose would be welcome, although the essentials are often mentioned. The photos of the more available hats are a bit frustrating.

Between the purchase decision and delivery, the steps of the process are quite fast.
Not very headgear at first glance, the items selected based on their photo and description turned out to be consistent with the prior idea.
Finally, after comparing with other suppliers, it turns out that the models offered are difficult to find elsewhere (the surprise mainly results from the quality of the materials to the touch - an effect that cannot be conveyed via a photo).
In conclusion, beyond the surprise, the fact of having taken the plunge for caps and hats is very satisfying and conclusive (even if the current winter cold has helped a bit and contributed but not too much in the end).

Really well done for the delivery speed

I received an item that was not the correct product for a first order, I am disappointed so I requested a refund

I did not find size 61 in the bob of the color I wanted

Good product, even if it does not exactly match the image on the site

Adequate search engine and delivery of the package on time

The delivery went well, fast and the relay point is next to my house.

Beautiful quality hat

Surprised by the price difference announced on an internet platform and that of the Traclet site. I reported it to Tracket.
The difference was €50 ???

Well done cite

Happy with the products of my order, exactly matching the proposal of the site and perfect size. I take away one star because of delivery issues, only one item out of two in the package. But after contacting TRACLET, the problem was resolved very quickly, the second item was sent again and everything is OK. Surely a small issue at the start of shipping, nothing serious.

Fast service and great choice of hats, very good site.

Easy to use site to choose an item

Simply that I did not receive the notice regarding the availability of my package. I went there just in case, to be told that it had arrived.

Satisfied with my items purchased from Traclet, recommend this seller

Insufficient indications for choosing the size. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Very good

Well packaged and seems to be of good quality but it's a gift for a loved one

Fast and of quality

Very good

Correct quality and choice, careful and fast service.

Despite the endless forms to fill out at Colissimo, still no code and still no gift! Thank you for taking action. Best regards

Practical search, however, a photo of the inside of the products is missing

Very good site, the problem threshold of 'size' is that the size guide mentioned on the site is not valid for all your chapkas. This makes purchasing on your site very risky.

In line with expectations

Very good items

Order compliant

The winter cap is perfect, well cut and elegant but the summer one is disappointing and a bit too small which makes it uncomfortable
