Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
I was looking for a chapka and the level of information on the different models was good (material, price, origin, size, etc.). The filters help in the search but could be improved a bit.

Overall good. But the search function does not allow finding products in stock, many sizes are restocked or out of stock.

Chapka ordered in November and received just before Christmas. The chapka is well made and very beautiful. Small downside, it lacks the 'Made in' label and it arrived just in time a few days before Christmas. I was a bit worried... But it's perfect.

Order received and hat fully compliant with the description and of good quality. However, ordered on 09/11/23 with a delay announced on the site of 2 to 3 weeks, then not being able to contact you by phone while not seeing the order coming, the site then indicated on this product a wait for restocking. Effective delivery on 27/12/23! It happens but it was long ...

Gift for Christmas.
Miki Brest sold for one size.
In fact, we realize that there is a size.
Had to tighten it as much as possible at the back.
Definitely at Traclet, there are always size problems.
I'm not sure I will order from you again.

Very satisfied with the order, both for the speed of delivery and the product. Only downside, the feather shown in the photo of the hat on the site is missing on the delivered model. Nothing serious in itself but shows a lack of seriousness. I am now waiting for your response to this problem.

Good responsiveness to answer questions before ordering. However, I find it really unfortunate that there is not at least a label indicating the origin 'traclet' with the product. For gifting, this remains cumbersome as one cannot distinguish this Traclet product from a low-end product. Therefore, one has to look for the label of the product composition.

Satisfaction ok.article well arrived.delivery on time.
Well sewn.
However, it is very unfortunate that there was no nice packaging. This distorted the elegance of the cap.
Point to improve

Very disappointed that the cap was just wrapped in simple tissue paper and placed in a plain box... When you buy a Stetson, you expect to have packaging worthy of the name, especially during the Christmas period when the purchase is likely to be a gift.

Order date 05 11 2023 and delivery date 16 12 2023. One and a half months (and 2 reminder messages) to receive my order while the three hats were classified as available in the catalog. Moreover, the hats were poorly packaged and 2 were deformed, one of which is slightly misshapen. I cannot say that I am satisfied.

Disappointed with the embroidery, it has hollows in the letters and does not look very good quality. Nevertheless, the item is correct for the price and the delivery time is quite fast.
