Several orders placed on this site without any problems. Small downside for the last order as the product was available and shipped much later than what was indicated on the site.

hello it's true that the Beclip suspenders made in France are at a high price compared to other suspenders but these are of quality. We hope they will give you complete satisfaction. Best regards, Traclet Sébastien

The site is great, nothing to complain about. However, the big downside for me, who has a whole collection of hats, berets, caps, etc., is that this one does not have its own box. In fact, it drags in the delivery box with paper... I find that really bad.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Thank you for your comment. Can you tell us what type of box you would like to receive.
Indeed, we send our hats in boxes for transport but not for storage afterwards because they need to be sturdy boxes for transport. Then they are packaged like all hat brands work like Stetson, Borsalino, Kangol, they are wrapped in tissue paper.
Remaining at your disposal to respond to your request.
Best regards
Traclet Sébastien

The announced deadline of 3 weeks was largely exceeded. I had to call twice. But the responsiveness on the phone was satisfactory.

I had a bit of trouble finding the desired item on the site.
The cap is in accordance with the description and corresponds to what I was looking for.

Regarding the berets I bought, I would have liked to see a photo with a person wearing it and especially the actual size of the beret, because unfortunately it is too small, so I will return them.

This is my first order on the site and I am very satisfied with the speed of shipping. The packaging was perfect and the white Carmen hat is really very pretty. However, I regret that there was no photo worn by a model on the site, as I would have liked a slightly deeper crown and I think if I had seen it worn, I would have made a different choice.

Nothing to say about the goods. The delivery person is, however, a serious problem.

I would have liked a better-adapted packaging because one of the hats has a 'crumpled' brim.

Satisfied. One remark, it would be useful to better describe the products. Ex: adjustable visor, washable or not, etc.

The proposed products are of limited quality, in this case, only one rather small size, the symbol is not embroidered but simply a pin held by a piece of plastic and the quality of the beret itself is rather low-end. By ordering from a French manufacturer, I expected better; it looks like a product made in Asia, certainly not at the level.

Order placed over a month ago due to restocking; I can understand that, but when I send an email to inquire about this slowness (politely but firmly in the absence of any information), I receive an email the next morning informing me that my order has been shipped... I remain rather skeptical about the reason mentioned above. Obviously, communication with customers is not Traclet's strong suit; I am quite disappointed, which motivates my average rating.
