Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Excellent quality cap (French manufacture by the way), made with good materials. However, I understand what a review says about the 'saucer' effect. The cap does indeed seem very (too) wide on the edges. However, a little common sense and ingenuity are enough to make a stitch on each side to finally achieve the desired effect. One star less for this stitching point, unfortunately.

I will be sent a tightening band to adjust this chapka to my head. Good information service, I have to make this modification because my size does not exist and I cannot find an item at these prices that I like. Thank you.

The site is very good, and the delivery a bit long but so used to the fast delivery of the big leader Amazon we can't blame you. The main thing is that it arrived safely.

Hello. I ordered a black kangol beanie hat from you, as I liked it in the ad, but upon unpacking, the two eyelets at the back displeased me, so I will give it to my son. I have therefore recommended another model called black steve sailor, which you posted. I would like to hear from you regarding a cotton outdoor beige bucket hat reference 8880 size L, for which I left you my email. Thank you in advance, and I wish you a good day. Best regards.

Excellent product quality. Correct delivery. Price also. My original choice was for a more structured product but the alternative proposed by Traclet is satisfactory.

Navigation on the site and placing an order online without issues. However, I would have liked to be informed of the expected delivery time for the product not available at the time of order. Delivery by colissimo ok. Manufacturing quality (border finish, no labeling) insufficient compared to the price even if I can understand that it is made in France.
