Customers consistently praise the store for reliable, on-time delivery and careful packaging that protects items during transit, with many mentions of fast shipping and well-presented arrivals. Product quality is a clear strength, with descriptions noting accurate representation, good finishes, and items matching what was ordered, including well-made caps and suitable sizes. The store’s customer service and overall reliability are highlighted through responsive contact, helpful assistance, and repeat positive experiences, with several buyers planning to return or recommend the site to friends. Overall, the experience is described as smooth and dependable, with multiple reviews emphasizing prompt delivery, order accuracy, and supportive staff.
It is smart to only make one shipment when one of the purchased items needs to be ordered; you wait for all items in the order to be present before triggering the delivery. Very good.
However, the customer is left in the dark: until when should I wait? and if it's on a day when I'm not there? where are they damn it?
That's why I only give 4 stars.

Product corresponding to the order. Fast delivery to the relay but the package was opened from the bottom (everything was loose) but the hat seems okay.

The cardboard box was damaged and very poorly taped. For a beret that I want to give as a Christmas gift, it's embarrassing. In itself, it is very beautiful and apparently of good quality. I am really disappointed by this degraded packaging. I hesitated before recommending from Chapellerie Traclet.

Delivery very good, except that my hat size is 60 (I have four) ordered a size 60/61.
And bam, too big. Return, charged €5. This is not the first hat I buy from Traclet but it will be the last. Moreover, it is impossible to reach someone by phone, everything is done by email. Not very friendly... buy and make a mistake, you will pay for the return. Good to know, have a nice day.

error in the size of the chapka, one must be a bit more vigilant in preparing orders. The product itself is impeccable

I followed the advice to choose the size of my head circumference, but upon receipt, the product turned out to be too big... I requested a refund, I am disappointed.

A wide choice in all areas. The designation of the items is exhaustive. The site is quite user-friendly. I needed to call customer service and each time, I was well informed. However, I am not satisfied with the delivery time because apparently when I placed the order online, the items were available but one cap was no longer in stock and I had to wait 10 days for it to be restocked by the supplier to receive it. I deduce that the merchant site does not communicate with the stock!
