Delivered quickly. I chose a 'French' site but the hat is made in China. A bit disappointed.

Impeccable service and quality. The delivery time takes away one star…

Hello, I think, perhaps wrongly, that the stitching connecting the cap to the visor looks a bit DIY and is not hidden, for example, by a ribbon.

Well received my package and nothing to say about the delivery. Two small downsides I wanted the same model but with the oil finish. We had exchanged on the subject by email but I may have chosen the wrong reference when I ordered, but we do not have feedback during the order on the purchased product. Furthermore, during our exchanges, I asked if you had a promo code and I was not answered on the subject. I notice that there was one, a bit of a shame. For my part, I had decided to prioritize a French seller instead of other sites like village hats or hats shop…

I am satisfied with the product, however the delivery went badly having chosen Chronopost the most expensive delivery, to be delivered at home. They failed my delivery because they did not have my phone number and left the package in a pickup box without offering a second attempt. For the most expensive delivery service they really do the minimum service I do not recommend. I suggest that the site requires entering the phone number in the form to avoid this inconvenience for others or simply to avoid their deplorable services. But the hat is perfect

There are many references on the Traclet hat shop website. When looking for something specific, you have a choice. However, I think it would lack a level of content filtering, or an additional level of content precision. For example, finding a treatment for leather was quite convoluted: it is faster to go through a leather product and look for related products, rather than finding the product directly through search. However, it should be noted the exemplary availability of the customer service/online advisor, who responds even on the days the shop is closed. The products offered by the human meet the needs expressed, and it is really appreciated.

Overall satisfied; but. Before payment, delivery is offered at 3.90E, then at checkout several other amounts are proposed. I will never know what these 3.90E correspond to... which have disappeared.
The return lacks fluidity.

The product is of very good quality, just be careful that the advertised size is much smaller than the actual size by about 1.5 cm, so for a head circumference of 56.5cm take a 58!!!

On the site: there is a lack of information about the caps: more photos of the actual colors, the seams, as well as the inside, information about the brand, the country of manufacture, the width of the visors in relation to the size...

after a first order that did not correspond to what I had ordered, a new delivery was made. I regret, however, having been forced to pay 5 euros for the return knowing that I followed the advice indicated on the site (take 1 cm less) and that the color did not match.
