I really liked the clarity of the site, that we can choose between products made in France or China. The tracking of the package was very good and the two night caps fit perfectly.

small downside for the choice of size, which was not the right one when I ordered, having ordered a size 61, it is the 56 that was delivered; but it may be an error on my part
thank you to your after-sales service who resolved the problem

Very easy navigation on the site, ultra-fast delivery, very nice product, but I would have thought that at this price, the cap would be lined.

Difficulties paying on the site. I both have no account and an account!! When I want to create one I already have an account and when I want to log in I don't have an account?!! I ended up placing my order by phone

The site is well designed, a lot of choices and nothing to say about the very fast and tracked delivery. But I am disappointed with the ordered product: given the brand (presented as a reference in the field) I expected at least a correct label inside the beret and/or a somewhat 'classy' packaging. The basic white label is barely readable and the beret was simply slipped into a bubble envelope, with no protection at all... I hope at least that the size will fit, as it is a gift for Christmas...

Not satisfied with the packaging as it was torn on top by your services. Moreover, the small message written on the box did not have time to dry which does not allow me to open it in its state and to foresee new packaging.

Hello, we apologize for this inconvenience. We try to be careful but in this case, we may have gone a bit too fast when putting it in the box. We have offered to send you a new one to resolve this problem. Best regards, Traclet

Acceptance of an order for an item not held in stock. We only know about the stock shortage after paying for the order!

Item conforms to the order. Very fast delivery time (2 days).
Small downside, the packaging box is a bit fragile, arrives all dented!

Beautiful product. However, insufficient packaging for a luxurious leather product.
I wear other Stetson hats in 57 and the cap fits a bit smaller in 57.
The Traclet site is nice. Integrate a small comparator and detail the search filters a bit more. There are errors. Missing that little touch to find yourself on the first step. Regards and thank you.

The site is good, however it should be clearer for products not available in certain sizes because I had to call them.

the wool is of very good quality as well as the workmanship; however, the lining leather does not seem very durable. We'll see... the size seems 'tight' but the leather should stretch. Good purchase, I will recommend in the future.
