Customer reviews of Chapellerie Traclet

Not bad

Very good

Practical

This time, I say average. We have known much better. Previous orders, delivery in 48 hours flat. But here, more than a week. No need to blame it on Covid, the credit card was charged as quickly as usual but the order departure dragged on. Hoping it will be better next time.

Nothing to say more, color good quality according to price, or if you want a nice high-quality hat, you have to pay the price and a bit expensive in my opinion

Delivery later than announced (5 weeks instead of the 2-3 weeks planned). The hat is beautiful and well made but quite fragile (straw hat).

Carefully packaged for the hat.

A lot of choices even though I did not find the model I wanted.

2 months to be delivered. Covid period okay, but that does not prevent keeping the customer informed, with true information of course. :)

A little more choice wouldn't hurt
Best regards

top, quality packaging in a beautiful box but a bit long

1st order: nothing to report

The only remark is that I had a hat like this one and it had a bit more structure!!!!

Speed

Problem with the IT system. We go in circles when we have the password issue and the need to order and that 'my account' cannot complete normally

Good

Order placed on 04/06/2020, without news for 2 weeks I send a message and receive a response on the 20th saying: "The wide-brimmed hat will be shipped at the beginning of next week. Normally, you should receive it Wednesday or Thursday at your home." Not receiving anything, I follow up and receive a response on the 26th informing me that the production of the hat was completed that day. Additional delays are not always a problem, but sometimes you may need a product within a specific timeframe and - if necessary - need to organize if timely delivery is not possible. The product seems to be of good quality, but a customer service that does not communicate does not necessarily make you want to order again.

I had difficulty finding your entire offer.

I find the website not very attractive and modern. The products are so beautiful and of good quality when you receive your package which is well packaged by the way, and I find it a shame that the website does not showcase your magnificent products.

It would be nice to receive an email confirmation of the order. There is too long a delay between the order and delivery. Otherwise, the cap seems to be of good quality.

The follow-up is good.

Would have liked an email to inform that the product was not immediately available.

Very.... very long order

The site is very slow and the purchasing procedure is a bit tedious due to these slowness. The ordered caps are of excellent quality.

Interesting site but should evolve its interface, remove non-existent products (which are simply no longer available) and allow, like many sites, payment in installments starting from 100 euros.

Product of beautiful quality and well packaged for delivery.

Very satisfied, easy site to order from, perfect reception, real professionals as I like.

A lot of choice on this site, at different prices. The description of the items is well done and the ordered items are of quality.

maybe review your head size or check the size of the hats

Very good product

Matches the description. Nice hat. Too bad there are lots of threads sticking out, it didn't look clean. A few snips of scissors fixed that.

Disappointed, did not receive the ordered color.

fast delivery

Order conforms to the description of the ordered item.

perfectly conforms to the description, and correct delay

Navigation a bit difficult when you are not too fixed on a choice

This is the second time I place an order and I would recommend Chappelerie Traclet to anyone who wants to hear it. Bravo and keep providing excellent service and choice.

This is my first purchase at Traclet. The site is simple and complete. Very good. The transaction was easy and quick. TNT delivery without problems. Courteous delivery person..
