The item is perfect but I find it looks bigger than in the photo. No problem, I will keep it.

Good product quality and a fair price.
Long delivery, but it was expected; however, customer service was very average (I sent two messages to get news and received no response).
Happy with my purchase.
I recommend.

A first order completely satisfied. For the second, waiting for 2 months without news of the restocking progress. Otherwise, packaging and delivery OK.

A cap of this price in an open, wrinkled plastic, and an oversized box; it lacks care. The packaging finish is not attractive, despite the Traclet brand.

Everything was perfect: site, delivery. But one item was missing. It took some time, and I would have liked to be informed of the delay for the restocking and the probable delivery date without having to call the seller.

Beautiful site, a lot of choices, good quality of items, but not enough details on the size and care of the items. Not enough promotions or discount percentages (if we have one, the validity date is too short; I myself had the case where my code was expired even for 5%). For delivery, it's very good,

The customer must be informed of the supply times! I was left without any news of my order for over a month! I was the one who called once to get information and who came back by email 15 days later!

I am satisfied with my order although the price is relatively high. When I ordered, I received a message indicating waiting for restocking. No delay, no approximate delivery date, then nothing. In terms of communication, improvements are needed...

Navigation on the site is way too slow. The cardboard packaging was visibly poorly taped because when I received my package it was completely open.

Very satisfied with my order and especially your plus is that we can pay by check, which is becoming increasingly rare and is an asset at Traclet. I recommend this site and I would order from you to encourage French commerce, which is as competitive as global platforms with globalization and its consequences less.
