A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Double cotton, that's not true! Otherwise horrifically expensive for what it is. Goodbye.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
For the cap, this one is indicated with a cotton lining, did you want another lining or did we make a composition error?
We offer other brands than Stetson, we also have Bailey, Brixton, Kangol, Flechet and our brand Traclet
Best regards

I find the prices high compared to the product but well it's specific... so it passes

Hello
This model is handcrafted in France and it is not a classic product but specific. It requires certain skills that are very poorly mastered today.

Good site, good choice, good quality. High shipping costs. Would be cheaper by post for Belgium or delivery to a pickup point.

Disappointed at first by the waiting time requested for the supply (clearly indicated on the site) then, following my request, an effort was made to deliver me quickly which is good.
However, the received hat is a bit small yet I had asked for advice before ordering it!
In short, not to be renewed
Translated reviews
Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
If the hat is too small, it is of course possible to change it for size L which is 58/59 cm.
In the case where you normally wear size 57 or 58 cm, size M will be more adjusted as size L will probably be a bit large. However, during the exchange, we can put cork wedges in it to adjust it.
Best regards

I received my order a month later, I was informed that the item was out of stock at the time of sending my order and indicated a maximum delay of 10 days, moreover upon receipt it is not the pair ordered, it was supposed to have round tips... anyway given the difficulties of ordering I will settle for it. Best regards, BS

Traclet is a reference seller! But beware of the quality of some products (Breton beanie with Triskell) which is no longer in line with the reputation of the brand! It's really a shame!
