Order as described - delivery time respected - reasonable price

nothing to say, everything went well. one remark: for Stetson, the site indicates that it sizes one size up, which I did not notice. I first ordered a size 56, which I returned because it was too small, to request an exchange for a size 57, which fits me perfectly and is my usual size.

For delivery, no problem. The quality of the product, however, seems very strange. It looks like synthetic leather.

The site indicates that the brand runs large. Since I wear 57, I ordered 56... Well, it is ultimately too tight and I don't have a big head. The delivery was a hassle, colissimo is getting worse and worse, there Traclet is not responsible. I am not returning the product, I will give it to someone... The next headgear will be purchased in a store where you can try before buying!

A French seller who apparently has a real street store and that is reassuring. Too bad there are no common sizes (M L) in this wide selection of hats.

When an item is selected, there is no going back and you have to re-enter all your choices to make a comparison with a similar item and it quickly becomes annoying.

The site's search engine does not allow for sufficient sorting given the number of available references and thus the number of results; customer service is responsive; shipments are fast.

Nothing to say about the website or the delivery. Except for the accuracy regarding sizes because for a diameter indicated as identical, it is smaller than my old beret.

I am very shocked by the collection of payment, not only before the product is sent but before its 'manufacturing', that is to say a collection on September 17 for a reception on 07/10.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 11/10/2019

Hello, we have taken your remark regarding the payment of your order into account. Regarding the fact that the payment was made at the time of the order even though the hat is on order; this is due to the fact that when an order is placed by card, the bank withdraws the money on the day of the order. Otherwise, the payment has no guarantee if it is made later. In the case where you want to order an item with a delay, you can send us a check and it will be withdrawn upon sending the order. Thus, you will not have the concern of having the payment on the day of your order. Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet.
