A site that offers a wide choice of hats of all sizes. It lacks a size search engine to be a perfect site.

Simple and easy to use site. Item out of stock, I created an alert that worked well as soon as it was restocked. Very fast delivery, well-made and well-packaged parcel.

Site rich in content and information, but facet search sometimes imprecise and return management on the previous page could be improved. Thank you for your beautiful products and your impeccable service.

Problem with the filters on the site, no way to select 'men' then 'straw' without having a plethora of straw hats for women in the selection results.

Hello, we have taken your remark into account. What is the problem encountered with the beret, it is a beret designed and manufactured in France. As shown in the photo, the white is not white like a white linen but as visualized on the site. Thank you for indicating the problems encountered. Best regards, Traclet.

Excellent experience - except for a small part, the online navigation (returns not always to the desired page, not obvious to get the compare tab). Otherwise, a very serious company, quality products.

I regret that we do not know the delivery times at the time of ordering and that we do not receive responses to messages.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 02/09/2019

Hello Thank you for your message. Delivery times are indicated both on the product sheet when choosing the size and on the order summary. Finally, an email is sent when a product requires a delay. Otherwise, when sending the email on August 19, an email was sent to inform you that it would be shipped within the week. Best regards Traclet

As with my first order, I was very satisfied with the product received and the packaging it contained. The only small downside was the delivery: receiving at a relay point is much more efficient than colissimo. For my first order, the delivery time was barely one day while colissimo took several days!

Navigation and payment on the site are functional and fast. However, it is indicated on the webpage of this item that this brand (Stetson) sizes one size above the size announced by the manufacturer. Regarding this model and myself, this is clearly inaccurate: it fits just right.

-What a pity not to create hats for men with extra wide brims (12 cm or more) like for women. -What a pity that women's hats with extra wide brims are not in color because white with a terracotta trim, gray or beige does not attract a young audience.

I have problems with the size. Size L is too big for me and M is too small while my normal size is L because I have two other Stetson Brooklyn leather caps in size L that fit me perfectly.
