Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Very good site for choice, I am already a customer, I have already ordered many caps and hats, however, the price somewhat hinders the purchase with products that we have to pay for shipping below €70.

I don't think it's very good quality. And, the order was not sent for almost 3 weeks.

Delivery by Colissimo poorly tracked. The product is 2 sizes larger than the actual head circumference. Actual head circumference = 61, as a precaution I ordered size 60 ... I should have ordered size 59 for the cap to fit well.

Very fast delivery, the product seems to be of good quality but the packaging box is too small, the hat is deformed and looks like nothing, I am disappointed. I am not returning it because I need it and hope to be able to shape it properly. I don't think I will place another order on this site.

Beautiful products, original. However, it's difficult to get the right size - difference depending on the items - when you have a head circumference between two measurements.

It's a shame you don't make other colors of caps. In the past, I had blue, white, denim... It was nice! Thank you and best regards

Easy to access but some clarifications on the different LTM 5 or 6 models which differentiate them for example

Issues with the size, I followed the guidelines saying to take the larger size and it is too big, I had to return the hat and pay the full return cost, it's not very customer-friendly, I expected to have a return label or a contribution to the return. I am waiting for my hat in the right size, to see if everything is fine.
Best regards

I am satisfied with my purchase. The only downside is that I ordered on 21/05/2025 with a delivery time announced of 3 to 4 weeks. Immediate order confirmation but no further information until 28/07 (the day of my departure on vacation). Effective delivery on 15/07, a week after my return from vacation. I would have liked to be informed of the delivery delay. The day before my vacation, I had to buy a hat!
