The hat cost me about 68 euros and in the end, I still had to pay over 20 francs extra.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 20/10/2018

Hello,
You bought the hat for 57.5 euros excluding 20% VAT in France.
The normal price of the hat is 69 euros including tax for a customer in France, being in Switzerland, you do not pay the 20% VAT in France. 57.50 euros
However, in Switzerland, you have your own tax and the 20 francs you paid are the taxes specific to Switzerland.
Best regards
Traclet

A lot of choices, but customer service is not always very responsive. You really have to hang in there to get news about an item that is unavailable when you want to acquire it.

Hat faithful to the description, arrived in good condition.
Too bad about the size, it's a bit big. But there was no size below 54.
Otherwise, good product that dresses very well

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 03/10/2018

hello
Stetson prices are set by Stetson and they are normally identical everywhere.
The plus is that we provide a lot of information about the product but also size advice, maintenance. And this is not the case in all stores whether online or in physical stores.
This is therefore a plus that we have been offering on the Internet since 1995.
Best regards

Too bad because refusal of shipment in HT for La Réunion

Translated reviews

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 03/09/2018

Hello
The HT is not refused. Like all well-rated sites, you need the postal code and the country.
You had chosen
97438 Sainte Marie
France (outside Dom Tom)
You should have changed the destination country. That's why you paid VAT.
This has just been changed on your account.
