Honestly very satisfied. I had ordered the wrong size online. I called: immediate response. My contact changed the size. Received the order the next day. Everything is OK. I highly recommend.

I was lucky to receive my order, because for other orders made on other sites, Chronopost decided not to deliver to the requested pickup point. You have to go to their center. Thank you

This is a purchase made to give as a gift so I can't say anything about it: I obviously haven't opened it. Nevertheless, regarding the site and the incredible choice, congratulations, there is really something for all tastes, all styles, and all budgets.

I ordered an Arctic Duvet cap which I requested to exchange because it was really too big. All this was done in record time and I want to highlight the efficiency of the representatives of the Traclet hat shop.

Intuitive navigation on the site, fast delivery, quality packaging. The details of each item sold are well explained. The store is difficult to reach by phone, apart from this small downside, I invariably recommend it.
