When I ordered, the hat was available in about 3 weeks. The deadline was respected within a few days. The customer service I contacted several times for updates responded quickly each time.

I had sent an email to find out where the delivery was (the item was not available immediately), and I was surprised to receive a response in less than 24 hours, I did not expect that.
The received item is impeccable

I discovered the TRACLET site and appreciated the presentation, especially the approach of hats made in France.
My straw hat is very nice with beautiful craftsmanship. The delivery was very fast and the product very well packaged, which is very important for a hat
