Hello, Regarding the product, nothing to say, it is very good. However, regarding customer service, there are points to review, namely: - I would have liked to be informed by email that the product I ordered was being restocked, and that I was given an approximate delivery date. Instead, I was left without news, wondering if I would receive my order before Christmas. - Not having any news, I called the company, and I spoke to someone who was borderline polite who told me that I shouldn't have called, but that I should send an email. Where is the Customer Service?

This order was not in stock, requested delay 12 days, received 1 month after the order. No matter, impeccable delivery and very good quality product like the previous ones.

Disappointed that there is no sewn label inside the berets with your company's name
that would signify 'made in France'
