Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Very good product.
But the delivery was a disaster. The box was completely smashed. Forced to fit into my mailbox. It's a miracle that my package was in one piece.

The Traclet house is very serious, and responds immediately to any question; moreover, the Panama I ordered is perfect, very fine.
The only problem lies with the carrier COLISSIMO: colissimo writes to me that my package has left, this is not true; then, they write that I have received my package, this is not true. They change the reference of the shipment, which makes it difficult to track the package.
Fortunately, the TRACLET House took matters into their own hands and resolved all the problems; I RECOMMEND this hat supplier.

Hello,
Dear, but quality comes at a price :-(
Do the multiplication €/$ for every expense you make, you will cry :-(

Hello, I sent you an email yesterday. The Panama was a birthday gift .... finally a real Panama. I am surprised and disappointed that the hat was not delivered with a storage box or at least a dusty bag. Likewise, I would have liked a folding instruction .... I went back to the site. It is still a quality item ....
