I am very happy with my hat, but I wanted it in black and I received it in green: it is very difficult to know which color was chosen on the site, there is only one photo in black (for the hat I took anyway) and no visual difference when clicking on one color or another: I didn't even realize I was ordering in green... this could be improved on the site.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, we have taken your message into account and we will try to resolve this issue. For the green hat, it is indeed possible to change it if it does not suit you. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien

I am fully satisfied with the service that the Traclet house provided for my last order. I am also delighted with the quality of the hat from the Grambes house. Big thanks to both of you.
